PLEASE NOTE:  The following bulleted items briefly describe the  processes through which the UAC is currently serving the university community.

  • All UAC documents (e.g. Program/Department Assessment Plans, Program Competencies, CLOs and CARs) will be sent to the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment via the Deans' offices.  OIRA will then send to the UAC for final Endorsement after first being reviewed by the appropriate Deans' Office.
  • The UAC would like to thank the Deans for communicating with Department Chairs and faculty regarding institutional assessment deadlines.
  • A special thanks goes to the Curriculum Committee which is working closely with the UAC to develop procedures for reviewing assessment materials that are submitted along with new course proposals.

The UAC's main point of contact will continue to be Program Coordinators but we hope this electronic "Assessment Brief" and the "UAC Website" will enhance lines of communication throughout the university.
