Wagman makes presentation at conferenceBy - June 16, 2008 - 2:14 pmEmail this article | Printer friendly page Patrick Wagman, adjunct instructor of computer information systems, College for Distance Learning, presented "Using Project Management Tools to Manage Service, or How EITS is Figuring Out What We Do!" at the EDUCAUSE Southeast Regional Conference 2008 on June 2 in Jacksonville, Fla. His presentation covered managing, documenting and controlling service activities as one of the biggest issues facing an information technology organization. He discussed the process used to determine the activities the Enterprise Information Technology Services within the University of Georgia is accomplishing and its implementation of a tool to capture data to document those activities and help plan for the future. |
