Park University's International Center for Music and the Youth Conservatory for Music will host a free Young Virtuosi Concert on Sunday, Nov. 15.

The concert will begin at 3 p.m. in the Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel on the University's Parkville Campus. Park is located at 8700 N.W. River Park Drive in Parkville, Mo. The main entrance is off Highway 9.

The Young Virtuosi Concert will feature students at all levels -- from preparatory (YCM) to undergraduate and graduate (ICM), and compositions by Bach, Chopin, Gershwin, Ravel, Shostakovitch, Tchaikovsky and Wieniawski.

The International Center for Music at Park University was established to foster the exchange of master teacher/performers, renowned young musicians and programs from countries across the globe. The ICM includes three divisions: graduate, undergraduate and Youth Conservatory for Music. The focus of the Center is on piano and strings, and on performance.
